Getting Ready for the Wedding ReviewThis book is too old-fashioned for the modern bride and groom. They assume that the bride's parents are footing the bill for the wedding and are actively involved in the planning of the wedding. This is simply not the case for anyone I know that's recently been married. Also, an entire chapter devoted to abstinence before marriage seems unnecessary. I would recommend Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts and The Five Love Languages for premarital purposes.
