Harlequin comics: Backwards Honeymoon ReviewBackwards Honeymoon is a sweet romance about a young rich girl Katie, who, on the eve of her honeymoon discovers her fiancée, is a gambler and is only marrying her for her money. She tries to speak to her father, but he won't listen as he believes the world of her fiancée. So she sneaks out of the house, intending to run away and bumps into the gardener's son Jonah who is fixing a car. Jonah agrees to help her escape in exchange for money and they decide to drive to Nevada to get married because Katie is worried about her ex-fiancée.I enjoyed Backwards Honeymoon. The art was really well done and I though Johan was portrayed well. While the idea of marrying just to throw off another suitor and running away and not facing your problems isn't really a sign of maturity, it made an interesting premise for a road trip.
For those who are concerned, this was a sweet romance with only minor graphic nudity. There is one scene where the characters make love but very little is shown. (For those who are concerned about such things, I am not). Overall, I liked it.
