Honeymoon with the Rancher (Harlequin Romance) ReviewHoneymoon with the Rancher has Sophia landing at the Esta Vista del Cielo on what is supposed to be her honeymoon, only to discover her reservation was cancelled due some of the ranch going up in flames. Tomas (hot, sexy hero) lets Sophia stay albeit reluctantly, and while Sophia was expecting a luxury spa type honeymoon, what she gets is a working ranch. Let the fun ensues. Although, I will say, this book was more on the serious side than the humorous. Either way, it is a great emotional read. Donna Alward's website states, "emotional, feel good romance" and that's exactly what this book delivers. Yes, both the hero and heroine have been kicked about by life, but their true characters shine through and Sophia grows as a person through her ordeal. It's great to watch these two grow as they let the other in and by the end, you get what every romance reader wants - a satisfying, happily ever after.
